It has been noticed that the extractor above the kitchen hob can cause the circuit breaker to trip. This will not only cause the extractor to stop working but it will also cause all plugged-in appliances in the kitchen to stop working i.e. all the kitchen power sockets. This includes the microwave and the fridge/freezer!
