Your utility cupboard contains the Wylex consumer unit, in which are the electrical circuit breakers. The light on each breaker is normally red, which seems peculiar, but if one of these trips then when it is reset it will flash orange. The red lamp is actually a button as well as a lamp. To clear the orange warning lamp you need to press the button where the orange lamp is showing.
