To swap from cooling to heating you need to:

1. On the big water tank in your utility cupboard:

1. press the left hand round button
2. turn the button until it says “Space heating/cooling”
3. press the left button once
4. it should then display “Operation mode”
5. press the left button once
6. ensure “Heating” is highlighted in blue
7. press the left button once
8. press the home button in the middle.

2. On the square Daikin controller in your lounge:

1. press the + button until it shows 25C

3. On the room temperature controller:

1. press and hold the sunshine/snowflake button until the display shows the yellow sun
2. press the + button to select the temperature you want

You will need to wait a while (maybe an hour) until it fully swaps mode.
