+The door bell chimer is connected to your door bell button via a wireless link.
+All you have to do is put 4 AA batteries in the chimer, press your doorbell button and then within 12 seconds press the 5th button down (a day/night symbol) and it will work.
+We have not used the wall-mount bracket and just have the chimer unit sitting on a table and we can move it to wherever is convenient, even into the bathroom!
+The buttons on the side of the chimer are:
+  -     Volume up
+  -     Volume down
+  -     Select chime sound
+  -     Settings
+  -     Day/night
+The battery in the doorbell button should last about 2 years, when it needs to be replaced the battery is a CR2032.
